There is absolutely no excuse for saying you can't paint or draw no matter what condition you are in. A humbling experience just watching this man :)

Oh my this is so beautiful. Thank you Dennis for sharing this powerful video. He surely was given a gift of creativity and determination. It brings a smile on my lips and a tear in my eye.

Truly amazing how some can do so much while being given so little to work with.

Long before I had any interests in painting, I was always fascinated by individuals with serious physical limitations who could accomplish so much more than I could without any disability.  It is humbling, but also a great source of inspiration and respect.

Every year for almost 40 years now, I have bought a calendar put up by the MFPA (Mouth and Foot Painting Artists, founded in 1956).  I bought the French edition (the only one I was aware of) for many years and the Association would sent by boat and I would typically get it in February!   Only a look at the calendar would put me back in my place, when I wanted to grumble and complain about my life.  It was only 10-12 years ago that I found that there was a MFPA-Canada based in Toronto which started in 1961... so I switched to the Canadian calendar (and I get it before Jan 1st!).   There are actually MFPA in many countries around the World.

Thank you Dennis for sharing that video.   Even more striking is how happy that man look... yet, he has been living in institution since the 1960's.  One of those individual that given much more then they ever receive.

Amazing man who has overcome his disability and puts me to shame for complaining about my abilities. I am very humbled.
