Zebra in acrylics

Nolan - I am just starting this painting (my second) and I have two questions. 

What is the color you say to add a touch of to the top of the blue sky background to create some contrast?

I am not familiar yet with the various paint colors and was wondering what is the green color you say to use to mix for the background, along with the white and burnt sienna?  I have phthalo green and using it in the mix did not produce the correct green.  I think you said something similar to 'seth green'?
