Patricia,

Your fuschia are soft and delicate.

I'm sure the experts would say it needs a few more darks to make it even better, but I certainly would be proud of it just as it is.

Having done this myself, I can say how difficult it is.  But, satisfying to accomplish and a great learning tool.

You did very well.

Excellent work, Patricia     Mea is correct. Carefully add some more darks. I suggest you also carefully lift out some highlight. Doing this will highly improve your painting O0

Nice job, Patricia! With a few tweaks you'll be framing and hanging this one up proudly!!

Wow, Pat...it's beautiful!  You did an excellent job. How you do this 'in your lap' I'll never figure out, but it sure is wonderful!!  Great picture.

:thankyou: :thankyou: :thankyou:  Natalie, Sharon and Retta for your lovely comments.  I must say that I was pleased to have completed it at long last. It was a fun exercise. Retta, I do all my painting on my lap, I have boards, perspex etc which I use to tape my painting to. I have an easel but find that I am more comfortable with my painting on my lap. :crazy2:   Try it, you may like it.

:thankyou:  Doina, not to worry for I am late in saying "Thank you" .... life is pretty busy and now more so that Summer is almost upon us.  Thanks for taking the time to view my Fuschia and for your lovely comments which are much appreciated.
