Look forward to learning the technique of restretching a buckled painting, Dennis.

Might be about how we can iron out the wrinkles. Spraying the back and such.  Will be a good class.

Thanks, Danielle.  Yup, I'm pleased that they came out as well as they did.

Retta, thanks.  I used 140lb. paper and had no trouble.  Used very little water and was able to clean up any mistakes quite well.

Wow....I was in the middle of answering you all....and, Wham....blue screen!!!  Scary.
Thanks for all the information.  Will put it to good use.  Every time I get frustrated with blending, I go back to beginning lessons, and do some 'homework'.  I'm getting up enough nerve to try this course!   :)
I will give the 140# a whirl and see where we go!!
Thanks, again, mates.

You can do it Retta, I know you can,  I did not find that it buckled  since so little surface and water we use.
:gl: And most of all have fun.

Hands down, this was the hardest lesson I've ever had at Paintbasket! Glad I saved this one for the last. Got overwhelmed several times and had to walk away, than return when I felt I could tackle the next step.  I certainly learned a lot and I think it's a beautiful painting. Thanks for challenging me, Dennis - I hope you've another watercolor course coming up in the near future to continue challenging us!
Cheers,
Sharon

Beautiful painting, Sharon.  Totally agree that it was the most challenging so far, but we did it!!

I did fewer waterdrops and pistils than I was supposed to, though.  Shhh!
