Patricia you did an excellent on you leaves and flower. One thing that catches my eye is the hard lines on the petals, i think they are meant to be shadows onto other petals. You may want to soften them. Hope this makes sence to you. It could also be the picture as it shrinks everything.
Fiona excelent revision of your painting

Danielle for your observations, I have softened the lines and also tried to dull down the one leaf Mea.
Thank you for having such keen eyes and helping me to improve my artwork.
Zayn for your comments, much appreciated.

It's a beautiful painting Patricia-I struggled with those leaves as well so I feel your pain!

Natalie. It is comforting to know that I am not the only one who struggles. However, if things came easy we probably wouldn't appreciate them as much as we do now and besides it is teaching us.

Danielle, I have posted my changes and put it under my original painting but the photograph came out a bit lighter. However, I hope that it looks better. What I found was that the pencil outline was dark in the original and so erased them all as well. Let me know if there is an improvement or not or should I do more? Thanks Danielle.

Oh Pat....I missed your rose. You've been whizzing right along!! It's lovely. You've done a great job, and after your "tweak", it will be on the wall!! It's beautiful.

Dennis and Retta for your kind comments. No problem Dennis, I understand how busy you must be having to comment on everyone's work which must be a mammoth task with all the other work you have to do.
