Danielle, Beautiful. That is exactly what that painting should look like. Your rocks are awesome , so natural and the colors are perfect. And the painting flows together so nicely.

It's so peaceful and beautiful, Danielle. You did such a great job on the highlights in the painting. It's lovely.

Wow - everyone has done such a brilliant job on this lesson, I'm nearly ashamed to put my effort on here!
My version is a little smaller than it was originally due to my cat leaping onto my desk and knocking a vase of flowers onto the darn thing .... I had to cut off quiet a bit of the left hand side to compensate!! But here it is warts and all
Details
As always comments, crits and suggestions are gratefully received.
Cheers

Thank you Dennis, Natalie and Nina
Dennis I think U was just a tad annoyed with my cat when I posted the painting - after having sliced off a goodly portion of it, but I have had a little time to reflect on it and have come to the conclusion that I am rather happy with the way this lesson has turned out
So a huge thank you from me for your encouragement
Cheers

Fiona, No, I was not annoyed at all. Something very drastic has to happen before I even start to get upset
If the techniques have been properly understood and applied then I'm a very happy man
