Aj,

Beautiful.  Rocks are so well shaped and painted.  Love the bird.  Nice reflections.

Super.

Beautiful paintings, Lisa and AJ.  Wow...they both are brilliant, and the reflections are wonderful.  Super jobs, ladies. :flowers:      :flowers:

Thanks Robin, Denise, Danielle, Retta, Mea, Natalie and Lisa for your comments, really appreciated.  :thankyou:

I would love to sit and paint another painting today, but the sun is shining and we are in the process of painting the outside of the house.  So I will have to practise my brush strokes out there instead  ;)

Wow - all these paintings look brilliant!  What a great lesson from Dennis. I really enjoyed this one - interesting using the masking plastic.

Well here is my version, I did mine on terracotta paper ..... so my bird looks more like a flamingo with it's pinkish undertone  :)

As always comments, crits and suggestions are most welcome  :)

Cheers

Well done Fiona     Beautiful water reflections O0 Add a a little more shading to the Egret. Also be careful in cloning all the bushes in the background - "soldiers in a row". Suggest combining one or two of the them for better composition ;)

Fi,

I especially like the rocks.  Agree with Val on the egret shading.  Super reflections.  Like the depth you created with the foliage.
