My painting of Mt. Ngauruhoe. Great lesson Dennis but I am not happy with my painting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :( :(

[smg id=19863 I thought this might be a better photo , looks a bit dark.  My phone does not take very good photos.

Josie, this painting is very well done. Be proud.
Perhaps you could try to flatten the paper, with it curled a bit,
its hard to photograph it correctly.

:thankyou: Robin Nataly and Sharon. Your right Robin about stratening the paper. I tried maybe I could have ironed it.  I had a lot of trouble with the  little bush in the left, just could not get it to look like one !!!! Thank you ladies for your encouragements. Looking forward to see your paintings.

Realy beautifull Josie,  i like the sky and mountain colours.
The photo did not show because you add forgotten a braket at the end of the code.

Dear Retta thank you so much for your compliments. Water colour is not easy and I didn`t find this subject easy but pursaverience conquers all. I know what you mean about the sky just keep at it you will win in the end. I have been to some art exhibitions that I get surprised at some of the weard paintings but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think we at PB are during very well I only wish I could have gotten that bush to look like a bush  :2funny: :2funny:
