I hope its OK to post coloured pencil in here as well as graphite?
I am working on a coloured version of my portrait of Beth and Aidan, over a greyscale underpainting. I still have Beth's hair to do and her clothing to finish.
This is done on Canson Mi Tientes amber coloured pastel paper for a change.

Sorry to keep you waiting for the next installment. I wasn't happy with Beth's nose and cheek. So I warmed up the cheek colours and gave her a nose job. LOL.

Carol,
This is so precious. I'm sure that the original shows the top left side of the head more clearly, but it looks too faded in the photo. That makes the blond streak stand out too much.
Otherwise, eyes, skin, clothing are perfect. Such a great job.
