Thank you Nolan and Mea. I believe Rachel was wanting to do more decorative, fanciful work but controlled herself! Learning the technique is very important.

Great job Rachel, nice misty effect.   :clap: :clap: :clap: I did this one while up north...in charcoal.  ??? Wonder what I did with it? Well, I guess I'll have to do another one in pencil this time!  ;D    You and Ryan are both doing incredibly well, can't wait to see what's next!  :heeha:

My  try on the misty forest.  :-\
I felt a little lost with all the mist, but managed to get out at last  ;)

Looks good, I haven't done this one but I think the misty effect would be difficult so well done.  :clap: :clap: I wouldn't want to walk alone in that forest  ;D

just add a few loose leaves to break the edges of the leaf clumps, you want them to look more random O0
