I, too, had fun with this class, Barry. Agree with Nolan about the addition of a few more random leaves.
Good work.

Great work.
Just as a tip, never put a big focal right in die center, always move it a bit more to the side, on the third.

Glad you found the proper topic to place your drawing, Diane.
You did a nice job on it and I love the eerie glow in the background. My friend is into Lord of the Rings and loved this drawing.

Oh! That's interesting
mea I need some more leaf practice n I am not quite happy with the dark tree. Didn't want to add branches & leaves to it but now looking at it should have done something with it
I have another question for you , I just realised I should have done the spoon shading lesson
do I add that lesson to my drawings I already have up?

Nice work Sketch!
When first starting to draw leaves it is a bit difficult to prevent putting them in 'ball' like clumps. I still catch myself now and again
. Practice is the key.
For me, the only thing I would have liked to see is just a bit more variance in the values of the tree trunks. Otherwise.... great job.

val! Yes I agree with you, I used a toned paper , not sure if it's that or me
it's much different than other paper and found harder to work with

This is a great class for demonstrating the values in graphite pencils. I really enjoyed it.

Very nicely done Ginger. I will be going back over many of the previous lessons to brush up on my values and pretty much everything else! Great job.
