You're off to a great start, Val - doesn't look like your arm is hampering your talent whatsoever!
Cheers,
Sharon

Dug this out last night/this morning, depending on where you are  :D I may have to have a kip soon. Been up far too long!

Anyway, I didn't get much more done before packing up to leave Canada, but upon seeing it this morning made a somewhat astounding discovery!  :o
I took one look at the face and realized I wasn't painting the bust as seen in the photo with my first posting of this lesson. I was actually painting a younger version of Lloyd! My son had passed a comment saying, "nice painting of dad", and my sister had just said, "he was a bit younger then!", I really didn't give it much thought. Now seeing it a couple of months later....I think they were right! I guess I was missing him more than I realized!  :smitten:

Oh! Val, I loved your post about the Statue looking like Lloyd.  You are so comical and I love it.   Patricia

Imagine being married to an Adonis!!!

So many people have compared my husband to a young Lloyd Bridges!!!

:2funny: Now you've made my day! I really hadn't thought of it like that... an Adonis!!!  :2funny:

Mea you are too funny some days, Beau or Jeff!  :nono:    :2funny:

Oh Sharon...  statuesque? He is 6' 5'' but that's about as 'statuesque' as it gets!  :2funny:   Well, in all fairness I suppose he was... once...  ::)

Patricia, isn't it funny the things that go through one's mind? Even when you're not aware of it!  ;D

No fear Danielle, I have it out... but now I'm in a quandry  ??? do I try to make it look like the statue...or continue making it look like my younger
love?  :-\     Never a dull moment. How do I get myself into these predicaments?    Must be the   >:D in me!   :2funny:
Cheers, Val
