Mea, thank you too for your observation about not going dark enough which is very easily rectified. This is a failure of mine - as Dennis says, I am afraid of the darks. I always do everything too light with no contrast/depth. So thank you for pointing that out to me.

Patricia, Excellent.
Do the changes Mea suggested and you will have a beautiful painting of the Lion.
I have rectified the problem for the PDF.
