I really liked this composition ,so I thought I would give it a try in Acrylic!
I enjoyed the class a lot ...my fasted painting I have done ...on record!
However very difficult for me do  random..always end up over working my paintings!!!


Really appreciate your feedback.

Fabulous job on this.  Love the way you painted the peeling paint, even the knot hole in the wood.  Cut stone looks great.

I think the geranium flowers need more shadowed spaces to make them pop more.  Check the reference photo.  I looked back at mine and realized I should have done that, too.

Wasn't this a fun painting?  One of my favorite lessons.

I had to paint the peeling paint as I soon realized that I couldn't scrub off paint like in oil colours!
That knot was an accident turned to my advantage  8)
