How to post a photo on a forum?

I'm using a tablet with a touch screen.  I think it's an android because it has the green robot icon.  I am able to now place a photo in an album on this site, but when I open a new post window on a forum, I don't know how to post a photo there. I'm assuming I tap the Mona Lisa, but from there, I'm lost.  Please, help me. I finished my berries in the Let's Draw course, and I'd love to share!

I know, and thank you so much, but I'm not tech literate enough to understand your answer. I think I tap Mona Lisa, but then what?  I know how to choose a picture in my photos located in my documents on this contraption called a tablet, but I can't understand how to put the chosen photo in the forum box.  Believe it or not, long ago I used to be the "go to girl" for tech issues at work. Everything is so different these days!

What you can do is to type the photo code which looks like:    smg id=21000    it has to be in square brakets and you will find it below the bigger picture so scroll down.

You can't post a picture from "my photos". You have to copy the smg code from your gallery on PB.

Find your Berries photo and tap on the word Berries - not the picture. Scroll down the page until you see the BBC embed code. write it down and then return to your post and enter it exactly.
The code for Berries is smg id=21664 in square brackets. The result will be
