Nice piece Vasu. I have never worked in colour pencil so I cannot help with any technical advice, but I think it needs smoother blending. Jill is excellent with colour pencil, I'll ask her to pop over and see what she can suggest.
Your drawing overall is quite good, the eye is very nicely done and shows life well. Just need to learn how to do the feathers as suggested previously.
I like the background effect. Well done.
