Ta much Patricia, Mea, Kathy, Steve, and Fiona. I had some serious doubts about this fellow....but then, when do I not?!
I find I must admit though... it did come out better than my autumn live class!
Mea, I had intended on buying the stick pastels like everyone else.....but the pan pastels were on sale, and I was told they were 'so easy' to use much like w/c. Well, we all know the struggles I have there!
It worked out that I could get more colours by buying one of the pan kits
so I bought the pans. They don't blend easily with the fingers like the sticks, and I found out later that I should have bought a couple of pans of colourless blender which I'm told makes blending the colours much easier. I love the effect of the pans, but still a bit of a steep learning curve ahead. But hey...I'm up for it!

Many thanks Zayn, I am quite excited about these pastels. Already looking at another lesson and have a few photos of mine I want to have a go at... I feels like I'm picking up speed on this slippery slope!

Thank you Win, I have to admit it is starting to grow on me. Just wish I hadn't made his chin so wide.

Nicely done Maria!
I think you did a much better job with the ears than I did on mine. Absolutely lovely
