Here is the last of my drawing of my personal cars. This is the 1949 Monarch. Most of you will not know this cars as it was built for the Canadian market only. It is like a luxury model of the Mercury. This was our first family car and I bought it as a newly wed when I was still in the Canadian Navy. It was the most comfortable car I have ever owned.

Nice drawing of the car, Alan.  You seem to be doing for autos what Brian was doing for motorcycles!

Brian - where are you?

Keep us the good work, Alan.

    Lovely drawing of your Monarch Alan.  There were similar cars built because I can remember seeing them as a child.  Anyway, I am enjoying your series of old cars for my son in law just loves them and I have had to draw/paint a couple for him.

Blessed are those who give without remembering and blessed are those who receive without forgetting - anonymous
