Meow, Tracey.  You did a wonderful job on the cat.   Your dark whiskers are so nicely shaped - how did you get them that thin?  Mine always look like spaghetti!

How about a bit more contrast to the ear on the might, maybe soften the transition from the pink to the gray.  Not being a cat owner, I'm not sure if there is a hard edge between pink and gray or not.

Pretty eyes and nose.

Thank you all.

Mea I really struggled with the white whiskers, they are like spaghetti, somehow the black came out thinner!
Will work on the ear, thanks for that advise.

Thanks Mea, I have softened the ear and agree that it looks better.
Anything else to improve my cat?

Oh, yes, Tracey, that softer pink looks better.

Such a pretty cat.

Tracey, great job on your cat and no spagetti.  I saw it on AOL but was confused and could not follow your reply.  But here was Mea comment you answered on AOL.

I am too lazy to duplicate, so started to post classes work on AOL only and encourager paintings and social stuff here.  What are others doing?  I know it will be nice when we can identify new posts.

Here is my painting of the cat. It was a good exercise in NOT painting every hair.
