Linda, so beautiful. You really master how to paint white snow... not with white!

Val, be nice  :knuppel2:  but I am happy you are enjoying some fine weather after the last few weeks. O0

Really lovely snow scenes, Fiona and Linda.  :smitten:  :smitten:  :smitten: I love the sense of stillness each of these evokes.

Thank you Annie!
Thank you Susan!  I really like your red barn in the snow too.  It looks like a Christmas card.
Mary Lou, I like your little cabin in the snow.  I can imagine reading a good book there in front of the fireplace.
Fi, your winter snow is beautiful!  I love seeing your pastel paintings.
I think I am ready to see some snow again (but just to enjoy for a little while).

I haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd jump back in.  This is a painting I've done for a Christmas Present.  Its a knife painting in oil done on canvas board. I hope you like it.

Judy,

Good to see you back.  It's a lovely painting.  Love the crusty look of the snow.  That's my favorite kind.  Love the crunch it makes.

Oh, I forgot - it's acrylics on canvas 30x40cm (11,8 x 15,7 in).

Judy,

Forgot to mention that the pine trees are awesome - so full and realistic.

Nicely done winter theme, Sarlota.   Sure looks cold there.
