I'm trying to do some inexpensive painting practice, so decided to try acrylics on pieces of cardboard (cereal box).

Here's a pear.  It's small - 4" x 6" and took about 10 minutes to do.

Your thoughts?

 8)  Cool painting, Mea!  What a great idea to practice on cereal box cardboard.  O0

Is the LONG with the arrow your signature?  ...love it !!!

I noticed that, too! Your signature! Is it going to be your new one?  :)

Question:  Did you paint on the glossy side or inside flap?  Most times cardboard buckles.

Hi, Lillian!  I'm still around. . .

Thanks, Liz.

New sig until someone tells me to change it.

Used inside cardboard - not glossy.

So someone told you to change your signature, Mea???      Of all the nerve !!!  Wouldn't you be  :tickedoff: ???

Anyway, I really like your green signature.  It goes very well with your stylized pear.  Very  8) and creative.

I wish I could come up with a decent signature.  I've fiddled and fiddled but nothing materializes.  I love how Nolan does his.  It's so NOLAN !!!

Actually, Lillian, I am glad my friend said something because I did not like my old signature either.

This one  is more stylized but hard to do to get it small enough.

Wish I had a name like NOLAN or DIXON.
