I found this site for coloured pencil techniques, thought you might like it.  I also tried it with The Masters brush cleaner and preserver and it seem to work too.    See link below.

Thanks, Danielle! That was very interesting. I never would have though of using vaseline.

I did try a comparison today between OMS (odorless mineral spirits) and Isoprophyl Alcohol. I found that the alcohol evaporated very quickly (I had to keep dipping my blending stump back into the alcohol several times for my small test), and was not as effective as the OMS in melting and blending the waxy pigment.

 O0  ladies
 :thankyou: so much Sue for doing the test for me.    Try the one for the WC brush cleaner I mentioned below it  works to, if it can clean also the oil brushes  I guess it is as good as a solvent as any.
