I have looked at yellows alot to decide which are the best ones. I found Indian Yellow and the Hansa Yellow really nice looking colors (at least on the computer screen). Are these good yellows in your opinion Nolan? I never liked that Lemon Yellow at all. It looks like mustard on my canvas.
What about the greens? I had Sap Green and it seemed pretty good. I then bought some of the Chromium Oxide Green and I don't like that green nearly as much (meaning...it's not as pretty looking)

The moment you find yourself mostly satisfied with a painting and think you'll "just quickly" do this or that, that's the moment to stop completely. Take the painting off your easel and put it aside for at least 24 hours, then reassess whether it really needs that tweak.

have never used either, so can't comment, sorry Pat
I only have sap and viridian green in my box as they work for most applications. I have found that I am able to mix any other green I need from them and the primaries.
