Nice work on this.  Cute little pooch.

Where the collar goes under the ear, I'd  make that a bit darker to give a sense of rounding of the collar under the ear.  Maybe a bit more shading to blend in where dark meets light.  (may not be expressing it well.)

I think you brother will love it.
