What worries me is the large light patch on the left that draws the eye to it. Just make it the same as the other part of the hill and you will have a good painting

The stonework and lighting on the bridge is excellent Trev.
I have to agree with Dennis about the light on the left, tone that down and you've got a lovely painting.

Thanks everyone, ill make that adjustment. How did i miss it when Dennis always repeats keeping the side areas darker to holde interest?!?

Good on you for adding the boy and dog. I still tend to avoid painting in people like the plague!
I´m told I´ll eventually get over it and just do it. Hmmm, not so sure about that...
