This is looking so good Lisa. I can't wait to see it completed, It's going to be awesome. (I'm learning portrait in Graphite & I'm finding that looking at your journey in colour & paint is helping me to look at how I see the shadings & where i need to adjust)

   :thankyou: Nolan  :)

:thankyou: So much Trace.  :smitten: I am loving it. Just a shame I ran out of time to finish her before lockdown ended. I find the lighting is too difficult to mix colours correctly after 5:00pm so I am looking forward to the weekend and getting her hair finished.  :)

Wow, It’s looking really good so far! I still have never attempted a human portrait. One of these days I’m going to have to give it a try.

:thankyou: EmmaLee, I was always too scared to give portraits ago but I am so glad I am. I am really enjoying it.

Awww  :smitten: thanks Patricia. I really appreciate the support. It has been a long time since I have painted and been on PB and I realise I really need to try and put time aside for painting in my life.  :) And especially the support on PB.  :smitten:

Lovely painting Lisa   Yes the left eyebrow seems a bit short and close to the eye?

:thankyou: Trace, Bill and Zayn  :)

Bill I checked with the reference photo and they are in exactly the right place but I feel I have done them too dark, or something.

Very realistic. You can be very proud of your first portrait Lisa :congrats: :cloud9: :not_worthy:

I have no problem with the eyebrow colour as it matches the eyelashes. Her hair may have been coloured so doesn't need to match the eyebrows in this instance. If you did however need to match them then you would simply wait for the eyebrows to dry, then carefully go over the lines using the correct colour O0
