How to Paint Lace Work in Watercolour

Lace work has always been a fascination to me. All the intricate patterns and twists and turns that can take so many hours to complete. We have the lace from the rough right down to the very fine work done with bobbins – some so fine that a magnifying glass is needed to see the “stitching” properly. We are not going to take that long with our painting!
